CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Policy
Thank you for booking with Indelible Adventures Media! We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so this policy outlines the terms for cancellations and rescheduling your photography session.
- Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours written notice via email or phone to cancel your photography session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will unfortunately result in a non-refundable fee of 50% of the total session fee.
- Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your session to another date subject to our availability. To reschedule, please provide us with at least 48 hours written (email/phone call notice). We will try our best to accommodate your preferred date, however, alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:
This cancellation policy applies to both you and Indelible Adventures Media. In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, inclement weather for an outdoor photoshoot), we will provide you with as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule your session or offer a full refund.
By booking a photography session with Indelible Adventures Media, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy when you book and pay.
