Copyright Policy - Indelible Adventures Media
1. Introduction At Indelible Adventures Media, we specialize in capturing your moments and presenting them through high-quality photography. This policy outlines the ownership, use, and distribution of images taken by Indelible Adventures Media or its representatives.
2. Copyright Ownership All photographs and related media (hereinafter referred to as "Images") produced by Indelible Adventures Media or its photographers are the exclusive property of the photographer and Indelible Adventures Media, governed by Australian and international copyright laws. Upon completion of services and full payment, clients are granted usage rights under the terms outlined in this policy.
3. Rights Granted to Clients Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Images as follows:
- Personal Use: For personal clients, Images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing with friends and family, personal prints, and personal social media posting, provided Indelible Adventures Media is credited.
- Commercial Use: For corporate clients, Images may be used for the client’s promotional, advertising, and marketing materials, internal documents, or other business-related uses as agreed upon. Usage extending beyond these purposes requires a separate licensing agreement.
4. Prohibited Uses Without express written permission from Indelible Adventures Media, clients may not:
- Alter, edit, or manipulate the Images, except for cropping or resizing where necessary.
- Sell, lease, loan, or sublicense the Images.
- Use the Images in any way that is defamatory, libelous, or otherwise illegal.
5. Attribution Indelible Adventures Media retains the right to be credited as the author of the Images in all public and commercial uses. However, personal clients may omit this credit when sharing in private contexts.
6. Rights Reserved Indelible Adventures Media reserves the right to use any Images for its own promotional purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, social media, portfolio, and entry into photographic competitions unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
7. Archiving While Indelible Adventures Media may store copies of the Images, it is the client's responsibility to safely store their copies. Indelible Adventures Media is not liable for any loss or damage to stored Images.
8. Policy Updates This copyright policy may be updated periodically without notice, and it is the responsibility of the clients to review this policy regularly.
